Description

Are you looking for a concrete way for your early learners to count up and back using a number line? Bunny Hop Number Line Slides are exactly what you are looking for! They are a fun and easy way to count up and back from 1-20 using the number line. HANDS ON and motivating to use as well a great way to show adding and subtracting numbers!

I intentionally did not put zero at the end so that if you leave a half inch or so of white at the end of the page when fitting to paper size, the children will see “nothing” there in this spot when you start at 2 and take away or subtract 2 it equals nothing or zero. The uses for this are endless!

⭐️⭐️ ALSO A PART OF NUMBER LINE ADDITION SUMS TO 20 with PowerPoint Presentation to use this hands on tool to add and subtract! ⭐️⭐️

How to Assemble:

★ Run off the materials onto card stock or heavier grade paper.

★ Laminate number lines and cut to size. You can cut from 1-10 if that is where

your students are.

★ Copy the bunnies onto heavier grade paper and laminate.

★ Cut each bunny and slide out. I just cut around the ears and body so it is close

but not exact.

★ Carefully fold the bunnies in half so the black lines are on the outside.

★ Cut from the fold up to the end of the center black lines. Be careful not to cut

all the way up or it will not be attached.

★ Lace the number line through the bunny frame so it slides back and forth!

YOU DID IT!

I hope this freebie brings a little sunshine your way and that it supports your kiddos in counting, adding and subtracting numbers up to 20.
