This is a functions notes page I created for my 8th grade students. I used this as a tool to help with linear and non-linear functions. I provided the copy with blank sections for the students and they filled them in with me as a whole group activity. It can be used as a review tool, and instructional tool, interactive notebook, etc. I included an 'answer key' with the graphs and vocabulary filled in. Hope you're able to use this to help your students review the main ideas of functions.
