This is a great review of functions aligned with the NYS math 8 common core curriculum. Students answer 21 questions that show functions as tables, graphs, coordinate pairs, and equations. It also reviews the concept of notation with f(x). Word problems are included.

Once students complete the 21 questions they color a turkey coloring page that corresponds to the answers they found. My students love this activity!
