Description

This PowerPoint presentation is based on the introduction workbook pages to chapter 2 in Go Math for grade 3. It follows the problems listed in the "show what you know" section of the workbook at the beginning of the chapter. It includes extra visuals, beyond what the workbook provides. I use it to introduce the chapter instead of the workbook so students can use white boards. However, it can be used in conjunction to those workbook pages. It covers all concepts of the introduction as a review to build on before beginning chapter 2.
Concepts reviewed:
-Numbers to 20
-Skip counting
-Addition and Subtraction facts
-Building vocabulary using a bubble map
-Previewing chapter vocabulary with fill in the blank practice
-Real World problem solving

I am in the process of making these for all the chapters, so check back if you like this product.
