This PowerPoint presentation is based on the introduction workbook pages to chapter 6 in Go Math for grade 3. It follows the problems listed in the "show what you know" section of the workbook. I use it instead of the workbook so students can use white boards, or it can be used in conjunction to the workbook. It covers all concepts of the introduction as a review of concepts to build on before beginning chapter 6. I use this in my classroom to prepare the students for the upcoming concepts.

Concepts reviewed:
-count back to subtract
-count equal groups
-multiplication facts through 9
-using a word map for vocabulary review
-previewing vocabulary with a word to definition match
-solving a real world story problem
