This form was created in Google Forms. Each form includes a colorful title page, the reading passage, and 10 comprehension questions. The comprehension questions are a mix of true/false, short answer, and multiple choice.

I love this resource! It was challenging, yet engaging and accessible for my students during Distance Learning, but I know it will also work very well for in school implementation. I did have to go through and refine the answer key for some items, but this also really showed me the capabilities of Google Forms.
