This packet is to be used when working through Wit and Wisdom's* 2nd Grade Module 2. The texts for the vocabulary are the following:

- The Buffalo Are Back

- Plains Indians

- Journey of a Pioneer

- The Legend of the Bluebonnet

- Johnny Appleseed

- John Henry

For each book in Module 2 it contains vocabulary cards that include the following:

• word name

• definition

• picture

• the word used in a sentence

These cards support learners and can be used for the word wall on topic specific words.
