Introduce how to create bar and line graphs using this introductory graphing practice packet. This resource is a great way to teach every level of secondary student how to correctly title, scale, and plot a bar graph and a line graph. Each type of graph is broken down into separate lessons, including post graph questions, to better understand how to interpret and read graphed data. Feel free to deviate from the traditional in-class graphing packet route and use this resource as sub plans, morning work, a mini class lesson, a homework assignment, a review packet, or as a take-home quiz.
