This foldable organizes the steps/ process for graphing a linear equation using slope-intercept form.
Step 1: Rewrite the equation in slope-intercept form
Step 2: Identify the slope and the y-intercept
Step 3: Plot the y-intercept
Step 4: Use the slope to plot additional points (using the y-intercept as the starting point)
Under each tab, they either manipulated the equation, identified the information, graphed the y-intercept, then used the slope to create additional points and graphed the line.
We then did an additonal example at the bottom of their notebook beforing beginning class work for extra practice.
