Description

Interested in "flipping" your math classroom? Then you've come to the right place! This file is the guided note sheet companion to the Conquering Math: Greatest Common Factor video. The first unit in my Conquering Math for 6th Grade series is available for free as a preview of what you can expect. Check out the other free resources and keep an eye out for additional units and lessons to be added soon.

Follow these links for the lesson video and independent practice solutions videos:

I typically assign both videos in one night. Students watch the lesson video and take notes in the packet, then answer the "Independent Practice" problems in the packet. Finally, they watch the solutions video and correct their work.

Check out my website for additional free resources and information about other Conquering Math units and lessons!

Find the greatest common factor of two whole numbers less than or equal to 100 and the least common multiple of two whole numbers less than or equal to 12. Use the distributive property to express a sum of two whole numbers 1–100 with a common factor as a multiple of a sum of two whole numbers with no common factor.
