Each week features 1-2 word parts and 10 vocabulary words. These lists could easily be cut to fewer words.

The Google Slides digital activities and PDF lessons are based on the same affixes and roots, and the word lists are the same. However, the activities are not the same. In order to make the activities completely digital, some were converted from small group activities to Google Slides games.

Teacher Notes

This unit was design with grades 4-5 in mind. It would also work well in grades 6-8, but I am not sure that it would work as well in 3rd grade.
