This project evaluation can be used for a variety of group projects, content areas, and grade levels. The evaluation should be filled out after a group project is complete. The first page is designed to be filled out as a group. Students should meet with their group to discuss things that went well and things that would make their group project even better. The second page is designed to be filled out individually. Students reflect on their personal contributions to the project, rate their work habits and attitudes on a scale, and reflect on what they learned about themselves by doing this project.
