Description

Mixed Messages multiplication puzzles combine math and growth mindset in a fun, creative way! As students solve problems, they glue a puzzle piece containing a mixed-up part of a growth mindset message to the correct answer. When all pieces are correctly placed, a growth mindset message will appear. As students read the message and think about its meaning, they color the frame containing fun, doodle designs. There is also space on a separate page for students to show their work when necessary.

These self-checking activities are great for math centers and early finishers. They look great displayed in the classroom or cut out around the frame and inserted into a binder sleeve.

Here’s what’s included:

1. Five multiplication activity pages (with puzzle pieces and workspace, included on a separate page)

2. Answer Keys

This set of Mixed Messages reviews the following:

2. Multiplication Facts 3-6

3. Multiplication Facts 7-12

4. Mixed Multiplication Practice

Please note:

In addition to growth mindset, a variety of themes may be used in the messages. They include kindness, positive thinking, inspiration, mindfulness, etc.
