Included in this packet:
•Themed set of cards: Uppercase letters, lowercase letters, Numbers 1-30, CVC words
•Editable file to make your own cards with different skills
•Hidden Objects to hide: squirrel
Directions:
● Choose which cards you want to use or edit the file to make your own.
● Display the cards on a board or in a pocket chart.
● Hide the squirrel behind one card. Two different sizes are provided below.
● After demonstrating positive behavior, select a students to read a card.
● The student will read the card and lift it (or the teacher can lift it).
● If the squirrel is behind the card, that student is the winner.
● If the squirrel is not behind the card, the activity continues.
*Sometimes the game lasted multiple days.
*I had a prize box for students who win to choose a prize.
This is the best classroom management activity I have used. It works like magic!
