READO - Homework Bingo! 20 themed literacy homework bingo pages are included in this pack! This is a HUGE collection of fun nightly literacy activities for parents and students to do together all throughout the year! A blank editable version has been included as well. Activities are geared toward pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade students. Activities are also for parents and children to do together!
Use for Distance Learning! Email pages to parents for students to practice skills at home! (save single slide as a .jpeg image and send in email or post to your class social media page)
Skills include: Syllable practice, beginning sounds, sequencing steps, retelling stories, describing characters, identifying parts of a book, rhyming, predicting, name practice, learning new vocabulary, comparing, listing, illustrating, and letter identification. There are also some activities where students are encouraged to use technology!
Key words include: how, why, list, create, visit, identify, write, sing, act out, predict, etc.
This paragraph is included at the bottom of every page AND is editable: "Goal: Complete reading activities with your child, one activity per night. Communicating and reading with your child helps build relationships, oral language skills, phonological awareness, and self confidence! Student: Color in square when activity is completed. Parent: Initial inside or next to the box. Keep chart in folder. When all squares are completed, student will receive a prize!"
