Description

This PowerPoint not only introduces students to internal hardware but also is designed by a graphic designer and someone who tried finding something online that presented this information in an easy-to-understand way but could not find it. The presentation compares hardware to things students will understand (A backpack is similar to a hard drive, a brain is similar to a CPU, etc.) I also show how big songs typically are by using an example of Adele's "Hello" and how big videos/movies are by showing a photo of Inside Out and how big the movie file is. In addition, a link to a comical college humor video related to how computer parts communicate with each other is included (may need to fast forward past 1 part). You can also find the notes that students can follow along with for this PowerPoint for sale in my store.
