Students identify the functions of six body systems and build a model showing how systems interact during movement.

Lesson 2: Oxygen and Fuel Delivery
Students trace oxygen and nutrient pathways and distinguish gas exchange, digestion, absorption, and circulation.

Lesson 3: How the Body Produces Movement
Students model the sequence from sensory information and nervous-system signals to muscle force, joint movement, and feedback.

Lesson 4: Movement & Data Lab
Students analyze patterns using reusable stations and a fictional dataset. Personal physiological measurement is never required.

Lesson 5: Integration Challenge
Students create and defend an evidence-based model showing how at least four body systems cooperate during movement.
