My teaching style blends science-based instruction with hands-on, student-centered learning. Every lesson encourages movement, reflection, and real-world connection — helping students understand how physical activity and wellness shape their daily lives.
Each resource is clear, flexible, and ready to teach, allowing educators to adapt lessons for different grade levels, learning styles, and classroom settings.
The lessons are built using a mix of direct and indirect instruction, skill-based teaching, and cooperative learning strategies. I also integrate Sport Education Model to enhance engagement, and apply models such as the Personalized System for Instruction and Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) to promote critical thinking, teamwork, and lifelong physical activity habits.
