I use these 2 checklists to help me stay on top of the dozens of different steps in the IEP process. I prefer to print it out and write on it. I also get a big kick out of crossing out and entire column when I am officially done with all of the steps/parts of a student's annual/triennial IEP! :)

It is a Google Sheets document, so you should be able to make edits and changes to best meet your own needs. The current version is fitting my virtual program + virtual IEP meeting needs/steps.
