I used this table sheet as part of a stations rotation that multiple teachers made but think it would be a great idea for connect four as well. Students must identify if the relation in each box is a function or not a function.

This graphic organizer has fill in the blank quick notes at the top just to clarify simple rules of if a relation is a function or non-function, would be great for state EOC review.
