Teach your middle school students how to identify text structures with this easy to use, interactive digital lesson! Students will learn what the 5 text structures are, what graphic organizers can be used to represent them, and what clue words they can use to help them determine the structure of the text.

In this resource you'll receive a full lesson on Google Slides with:

★ Teacher's Guide with directions and links to share on any learning management system such as Google Classroom, Canvas and more!

★ Pixanotes® with 4 levels of scaffolding (but all with the same content):

1. Level 1: Fully printed content and pre-printed pictures

2. Level 2: Fully printed picture flaps and fill in the blanks for students

3. Level 3: Pre-printed content and picture flaps that need to be positioned by the student

4. Level 4: Fill-in-the-blanks for content and picture flaps that need to be positioned by the student.

★ Moveable picture flaps for levels 3 and 4

★ Text boxes already placed into the notes

★ Editable student directions

★ Embedded Video that matches the notes. (A link is also provided.)

★ Self-Grading Practice Activity - could be used as a quiz!

This lesson is ready to go and can be easily shared in Google Classroom or on any Learning Management System!
