Help your students practice their integer operations in an interactive and fun way with this easy center.

Included in this packet are the following:

- b&w true and false sorting mats

- 120 integer operation task cards:

24 task cards - addition within 20

24 task cards - subtraction within 20

24 task cards - multiplication within 100

24 task cards - division within 100

24 task cards - mixed addition, subtraction, multiplication and division within 1000

- 2 different answer sheets

- answer key

DIRECTIONS

1. Print out the mats and cards on card stock.

2. You can laminate them if you like.

3. Cut out the cards.

4. You can paste the mat to a file folder.

Task cards are super effective, simple and fun resources for any centers,

stations, partner work, individual work, classroom games.

You can differentiate easily by customizing with target pages.

You can print them on a cardstock or laminate them and use them for ages.

FOR SORTING ACTIVITY in small groups or individually

Place cards face down. Students take turns choosing a card and placing it

under the correct question. Once all cards have been placed on the mats,

the activity has ended.

SCOOT is a great game to play with task cards. Simply place a task card on each

desk in your classroom. Students move around the classroom answering questions,

solving math problems. Students will answer the questions on their answer sheets.

Say “SCOOT!” when you want them to move to the next number. You can go

as fast as you like.

Then you can check the answers with the class.
