Use one number line per student, the second page will need to be copied for every student in the class. Have students label the top of the 2 page spread as INTEGERS. Tape or glue the number line below and have students label it. I have them find the middle and label it 0 first. Label one page NEGATIVE and the other POSITIVE. The student cut out and glue the integer situations and write the integer described. With the integers student will cut them out, paste them and write a situation for each. I have left several blank so that students can choose their own integer to write a situation for.
