Description
I use this lab report for almost any activity or experiment we do! I have the students fill out the front of the sheet first, get it checked, and then begin the experiment when everyone is ready! On the front, they list materials, identify questions to be answered, and form a hypothesis. After the experiment students must reflect on their hypothesis and explain what really happened. Students also can draw a little diagram of what happened, and write what they would do differently, or would change if they did the experiment over!

Student friendly!
Great way to break down how to write a lab report especially for those students who haven't done one before.
Great format for kids who don't have technology at home! Thanks!
My class loves this! It really helps them during labs with the way it is broken up!
