Once a student proves they've mastered the unit material currently being taught in class, they may opt to create a proposal for an individual enrichment study. The contract is signed by the teacher, the student, and a mentor. This form helps keep gifted students responsible for their own learning and set goals suitable to their intellectual proficiency.

This resource was thoughtfully designed and very easy to implement in my classroom. The directions were clear, and the layout was organized in a way that saved me time during planning.
