Instrumental music teachers! Students miss lessons for a variety of reasons, and sometimes it isn't easy to make them up in person. This Make Up Lesson form has been a game changer for my middle and high school musicians! My students can do this once per marking period, if necessary. It keeps them accountable and up to date on their material, and is particularly useful during testing season and flu season!
