Description
Your students will have lots of fun with this science! This resource aligns with the NGSS: 1-PS4-3 standard about testing different materials to see if light passes through them. Colorful posters define the words and give examples. Directions are given for the investigation. Students will investigate materials using a flashlight and place them under the correct term (smaller cards are included to be used at each student station). There are three different worksheets. One, to show that students understand the words, and two, to record data as they investigate.
