Description

Are you teaching linear equations with two variables with your 6th grade or 7th grade math students? Maybe you have been working on these for a while, but some of your students are still not getting it. Well, worry no more.

How it is used:

In this resource, teachers will present this powerpoint on the board, going over each individual step on how to solve an example problem.

Throughout the presentation, there are different visual aides like images, arrows, bold text and speech bubbles that make the content student friendly so that they can get the best out of learning the concept.

At the end of the presentation, there are a set of problems that students can practice on their own or with a group. The problems consist of all of the four basic operations. (addition [+], subtraction [-], multiplication [x], and division [÷]). An answer key is included so that students can check their answers.

Included in the presentation:

- Step by step instructions on solving an example problem

- Important notes page

- Practice Questions

- Answer Key

- Terms of use

- Credits

Benefits of this resource:

- Easy-to-follow steps
