Description
Are you looking for engaging digital notebooks for teaching geometry in grades 3, 4, and 5? This geometry resource is a digital notebook bundle consisting of THREE separate interactive digital notebooks for Google Slides®. With this bundle, your students will practice
- lines, line segments, rays, and points
- types of lines (parallel, perpendicular, and intersecting)
- types of angles (right angles, acute angles, and obtuse angles).
Please see each individual resource preview for a complete list of tasks for each digital notebook.
Using geometry vocabulary is necessary for being able to describe two-dimensional shapes as well as to sort and classify them by attributes. Students need exposure and effective practice to understand this sometimes overwhelming vocabulary. This Google Slides® resource provides practice with types of lines, types of angles, and plane figures.
SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS
- The INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE slide has detailed directions on working with the Interactive Digital Notebook.
- All the slides provide instructions, while the SPEAKER NOTES section of each slide provides more detailed instructions.
- In addition to the SPEAKER NOTES, the VIDEO SLIDE has another WEBSITE and VIDEO link to further support student understanding of lines, line segments, points, and rays. These are kid-friendly, trusted, and reliable websites and videos.
