This literacy intervention program roster is in the form of a spreadsheet that can be used to roster students into a leveled literacy intervention program. It is designed to help reading interventionists organize students by

1. Grade level
2. Block (time of day that the student has ELA)
3. Reading level (so that students can be grouped with peers at similar levels)
4. Groups (the individual small-groups to be pulled for intervention during a specific ELA block)

This is the tool I wish I'd had when I first started attempting to roster two grade levels worth of students into a brand new leveled literacy intervention program. I hope it helps you in your quest for organization!
