I created this Excel spreadsheet to be a visual for our Master Schedule. We are a very inclusive school, offering the full spectrum of services as required by law. We give students the support they require in their least restrictive environment in our building, utilizing all staff available.
In the Excel spreadsheet you will notice Teachers, Instructional Assistants and Special Teaching Program Assistants being utilized throughout the building with general education, and special education teachers and students throughout the day.
The schedule also shows our school wide intervention blocks for each grade level. There are also additional columns for each person when their schedule may rotate from day to day to support the students who may need it during specials (PE, Art, etc.) and/or lunch duty as well.
You may think that $9.00 is a lot to spend, but I have saved you hundreds of hours!!! You can download, change times, names and simply plug in your needs as you see fit for your campus. We are a K-5 Elementary School, but it can be changed to fit the needs of any campus!
You won't be disappointed!!!

I was really happy to see this master template schedule. I teach children with autism whom are integrated. So I bounce around from class to class and they have EAs. Sometimes they are with me in small groups and often in their grade level classes. I thought this would be a great resource to save me time. But the way it's set up if you change anything it's incredibly difficult to work with. I would honestly need a class on Excel to use this resource. I won't doubt the author worked hard but it's excellent if you have the identical schedule as them (which is impossible). Otherwise good luck! I wasted a good hour hardly getting anywhere. I'd say it's a waste of money especially at a price of $11. I am very dissapointed with my purchase.
