My student enjoyed this practical approach to data analysis after our field trip to the sugar bush this year. It was a great way to introduce graphing in Excel as an extension activity, which also allowed her to check accuracy of hand drawn graphs.

Great to hear! I just could not pass up a chance to share fun data when I visited my Vermont teacher friend and got a tour of their facilities.
