This is a good resource for those of us who are just starting out and unsure how to manage this. I have modified it to be used in a 4th-grade classroom.

So many great ideas here! I plan on moving away from traditional student growth portfolios to a class/personal blog for my classes next year, so this will definitely be used. The best part about this resource is the different levels of difficulty so you can accommodate/extend for all the students.
