This MS Word file is a Math 3 Assessment / Practice Test for:

• Unit 6 - Rational Functions

It consists of fourteen (14) questions. I used to use this document as my assessment for Unit 6 for my Math 3 classes. Since I now use an online program for all of my math assessments, I use this document as a practice test the day before I give any related online assessment.

It is fourteen (14) pages in length, including the Teacher Answer Key, and should be able to be completed during one 90 minute class period. I have included the native MS Word file so that the teacher can edit/modify the assessment/practice test as desired to suit their unit content and teaching methods. The assessment/practice test covers the following topics:

• General Vocabulary
• Simplify Rational Expressions
• Add, Subtract, Multiply and Divide Rational Expressions
• Rational Equations
• Rational Function Graphing and Transformations
• Rational Function Definition and Analysis
• Rational Function Word Problems

A solution answer key for the teacher is also included for each problem.
