Get your class reading about a variety of math subjects as you teach them. It is just another way to help them learn about the world of math.

The major goal of each Reading Room is to get kids reading about a variety of topics which will expand their knowledge of the world in which they live, while fostering a love for learning. Each eBook library contains 15-30 books to promote student choice in each topic with varying levels of text. Books are chosen so that students can read or listen to each story, and then take AR tests. Sources include Epic and You Tube links. It is suggested that students be required to read 3-5 books in each room, and then write a summary of what was learned on that topic or do a "Maker Space" project. Many of the rooms include STEM books and craft books on each topic.
