Back To School Math Review Back to School Middle School

These are fun round the clock 12-question tests. Perfect for back-to-school BTS, what can you remember after the holidays, test prep or just fun worksheets.

There are 5 worksheets with a total of 60 questions.

Each worksheet has a clock with 12 questions. Students work their way around the clock trying to get as many questions right as they can in a certain time limit.

  • Worksheet 2 – 12 questions on converting percents and decimals to fractions.
  • Worksheet 3 – 12 questions on converting decimals and fractions to percents.

  • Worksheet 5 – 12 questions on ordering fractions, decimals and percents.
  • Teachers notes.
  • All answers are included.

Objectives:

To practice: -

  • Converting fractions, decimals and percents.
  • Equivalent fractions, decimals and percents.
  • Ordering fractions, decimals and percents.

Directions:

Print out a set of worksheets for each student.

Alternatively, laminate a set of worksheets for students to share.

Or display for your class on a smartboard.

Notes:

All answers are included, so you can easily mark students work.

These questions should take around an hour for students to complete.

Suggestions:

  • You can use these clocks as timed tests. Use a stopwatch and make it fun!
  • Choose the length of time depending on your students’ ability, for example how many can you get right in 12 minutes?
  • You could do one worksheet per lesson or give one for homework.
