As a Career Investigations teacher, I was tasked with bringing math into my classroom. I created math word problems in which students can see exactly how math will play a role in their future careers. On this handout students can write the name of the career from the math word problem and have space to solve the problem and record the answers. Be on the look out for my Math At Work tasks cards. These can be displayed as a daily bell work or bell ringer task.
