Around the room are 6 clues that you need to solve to discover the 6 lock codes to escape the room.
Learning Goals
Students can work individually, pairs or collaborate in small groups to solve each of the 6 engaging math activities, which are:
- Identify a number rule and complete number sequence (e.g. add 3)
- Ordering 6 digit numbers from smallest to biggest
- True or false multiplication facts and problems to 100
- Compare two 6-digit numbers and Identify the biggest using the correct symbol
- Identifying the factor from a given set of multiples
- Different ways to write a number with 6-digits.Standard Form, Expanded Form and Word From
The high interest topics in these mysteries are also highly motivating for this age group and will capture their imagination.
