Math Division Problem Template
Share

Description

Are you teaching division to your students? Here is a great way to start teaching long division. This template works well for 2-digit by 1-digit division. I would recommend laminating it so that students can write on it with dry erase markers and do multiple problems on the same template. The steps for division are included in the corner as a reminder.

I printed one of these out for each of my students and laminated it. Works great for working together as a class on problems.

Great resource to keep my students work neat and organized. I just wish we had more room for bigger divisors and dividends.

Hi Jessica! Thanks for your feedback. I would be happy to put together a template to meet your needs. I have templates for 3 and 4 digit dividends and one digit divisors already posted. They can be purchased separately…or there is a bundle of them (https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Math-Division-Problem-Templates-for-2-3-4-Digit-Dividends-Different-Sizes-2905205). If you are interested in larger divisors, please let me know the number of digits for the divisor and the number of digits you would like for the dividend and I would be happy to put something together for you free of charge. Happy Teaching! :) Melissa Nielsen No More Monkey Business Designs

Excellent resource for my kiddos who forget the steps to dividing, I put it in a sheet protector and they can use it over and over. Great way for them to visualize. I use this with a DMSB chart and they check off every letter after they've done it to reinforce the steps.

I purchased this as a tutoring resource for a student that struggled with forming division problems. Wow! He picked it up in one evening after using this resource.
