Description

Do your students have the prerequisite skills to move forward within the curriculum?

In second grade, students must master basic facts and relationships, such as double facts, making a ten to add and subtract, the relationship between addition and subtraction, adding three sums, and solving word problems, prior to learning new skills. These math exit tickets should be distributed shortly after a lesson is taught in order to assess if independent work should be assigned. If a concept has not yet been mastered, differentiated instruction must be implemented!
