A person will need the directions in PDF and the Templates (Word Document) - Another file for FREE download on this site. These work like a charm and they are really nice - and they come with a great price - NOTHING! Hope some folks can use them.

I am so pleased. We used it with our kiddos - school wide. Kids work their tails off to EARN their math DL. We used Formative Loop to get 90 plus percent to achieve that level of mastery. You put a LOT of work into this CREATIVE incentive!! Thank you! Creative, FUN and the kids will LOVE THIS!!! I am going to let the kids CHOOSE which state they want their license from EACH time they master their facts! They will have the chance of having MULTIPLE licenses from MULTIPLE states. !

Interesting... We have only used it..or did when I was a principal with 2nd (add, sub and mult) and up. On first grade...which I am assuming by firsts...we used buttons...we had a button machine that made some really nice buttons. Best of luck to you. Blaine Helwig

You are most welcome... I am retired now, so I have time on my hands. I strongly recommend reading that Accelerated Math Fact Student Mastery and Spaced Repetition Paper...if you have some stamina. I know they are long. I am finishing up a 90 minute math block paper...the last in that series. We were able to turn around urban Title 1 schools to National Blue Ribbon status using those methods. It is a bit of reading...and teachers are really busy. I just want to see kiddos all over get a fair shot at a quality education in our public schools. The vast majority of folks like us "make it economically" because of our elementary and secondary educations. I have a lot of folks to thank for that...most of them have long passed away.
