Description

This math help & reference sheet is perfect for a math notebook. It gives children a colorful and visual reminder of a multitude of math facts such as:

• Multiplication tables

• Fractions

• Angles (acute, right, obtuse)

• Divisibility rules

• How to find the area of a triangle

• Area

• Perimeter

• Math vocabulary (words like factor, product, divisor, quotient, dividend, numerator, denominator)

• Liquid Measurement (how many quarts, pints, and cups are in a gallon)

• Parallel and perpendicular lines

• Diameter and radius of a circle

There are cute hand-drawn characters (and a little bit of humor) to help make math friendlier and less intimidating.

Some kids need a little extra help remembering these types of basic math facts. This printable helps them get their math work done more quickly and provides a quick reference they will access again and again!

This resource is in their folder to refer to each day. I was able to review key vocabulary such as factor and product, and review rules of divisibility. They also have access to multiplication facts that helps with their division. We refer to this resource when reducing fractions.

I used this as a Math Assistant to put on my students desk so they could reference them as often as needed to assist them with 3rd grade math. They loved them and said it was very helpful because it was like having mini anchor charts at their desk and they could just look at their desks for help instead of bothering me during small groups. It has made my math class so much smoother and small groups are going better because I do not have students coming to me with questions because they do not look at the anchor charts around the room. Thanks from 3rd grade math!
