This is a great way to have students do an animal research project! They can do a hands on art project for the culmination of their animal research project. Students can choose any topic to do this independent research project! It is passion project for your students to love what they research and use their creativity. It has two parts: research essay and creative project. But you can choose to do one or both because I've included two kinds of rubrics.
