Description
Math project for students to display 8 different topics they have learned on an octahedron plate display. Students will choose 8 math topics (could be all from one unit or from the entire year) and brainstorm a list of vocabulary for each concept. After brainstorming, students will come up with example problems for each topic. When students have finished their brainstorming sheet, they will assemble an octahedron out of 8 paper plates to display their information. This can be used as a culminating activity for the end of the year or end of a unit. The product can also be modified to fit your needs. There is a rubric attached as well.

Great Project!
Thanks for sharing.
This activity kept my 6th graders busy for 3 days! What a great end of year project! I saved many to use as decoration for next school year.
Good Resource
Excellent resource!!!
Kids loved it and they looked great for Student Recognition night. Great review for the end of the year.
This was fabulous! My kids loved this. It was a great review activity.
I used this with my 6th grade math class. I needed something to leave for the substitute while I was out for 3 days, and this did the trick! Students could work on this independently with little assistance from the teacher, and yet it was meaningful work. This could also be assigned as an at home project. Thank you!
