I have noticed a trend of students either struggling at home to do math work because either a parent is working and can't help or simply cannot help due to strategies changing. So the struggle of getting homework returned has been constant. This year I will be using math reflection papers rather than worksheets of problems. This form will force students to recall information from class and also give them a chance to share with me their struggles so I can better serve them in class.
