Math Talk / Ten Minute Math / Daily Math - whatever you may call it, if you teach it, this is for you! In our district we were told this instruction is the most important part of our math lesson. Why? Because it correlates to standards while differentiating to the needs and levels among your students.

Within this packet, you will find 15 slides with different daily math topics all from the second grade standards. Each slide is divided into 3 questions all over the same topic. This is to target the different levels of learning. The first question will be the easiest question for the lowered leveled learners, the second question is your on-level learners and apply directly to the standard grade level expectation, the third question is for your advanced learners who are ready for a push beyond the standard.

These slides are based off of 2nd grade common core. Each slide has the correlated standard on the bottom right. Utilize these however you feel best!
