Description
This is a math test reflection and assessment for students. Students will reflect on the amount of time they prepared for an assessment, what they will do the next assessment to better prepare, and reflect on their knowledge of the concept being assessed.
There is a second page for students to make corrections on the problems they missed. I allow my students to use anything they need to solve the problem. This could be their notebook, previous homework, an online video, etc. Once they solve the problem they missed, they will write a sentence detailing exactly what they missed. This second sheet can be run off as many times as you need.
This sheet is editable in Powerpoint. The only part that is not editable is the border and the emojis.
