Description
This is a set of 32 math task cards to practice measuring weight with a classroom scale, counting bears, and math connecting cubes (manipulatives not included). Students will first make a prediction about which side of the scale will be heavier. Then, students will weight and record the results. I recommend that you print, laminate, and ring clip (or store in photo boxes). These cards are great for early finishers, math centers, etc. Please note, the task cards fit in 4x6 photo boxes. Recording sheet is included for accountability during independent math centers. One recording sheet option includes all 32 task cards. The other allows students to write the number of each task card they use, so that students can easily work even if the cards are not in number order.
