This checklist is placed in the student's center folder and as they mark the areas as completed. A chart is placed on the wall telling how many of each area must be completed for the given week. Teacher initials column when student meets with teacher. Drill sheets are placed in plastic sleeves and students record their answers on notebook paper in their center folder. When they complete a drill sheet they self check by highlighted any mistakes. Written response is answering a word problem following a rubrics. This is turned in to a file and scored by teacher then placed in folder after recording score. The checklist is designed for math but can be easily adapted for any subject. If you copy front and back you can have 10 weeks on one page which should cover a grading period. Great data for parent conferences.
