Description
This lab is great for introduction to microscopes. It focuses on the main important parts of a microscope and how to calculate field of view (FOV)l. It also shows students the difference of FOV between magnification power. Also includes a homework for the students to review concepts.
For part one: provide description of microscope parts and allow students to determine labels.
THINGS NEEDED:
1. grid slid- can make using 1mmx1mm graph paper
2. "e" slide- can make using 5pt font "e"
